All messages we received were italian even though we asked for English. Building was very old, elevator was really old (scary for the kid). There are no photos from the building. Room was OK, but in the images they look much better. Looks like an old apartment changed into 3 rooms, so can be noisy.

The room was well located with the metro only a short walk away. The local restaurant's were great. The host was a good communicator. Not his fault but the room was not cleaned ahead of our arrival. It’s really set up like a hotel room which is fine.

The host was really responsive if ever we need something. The place was so peaceful, the room was clean and comfortable not too far from the train station. If ever you’re in Rome, give this place a try, really worth it!

No room service whatsoever. We had to take TP and towels in the corridor by ourself. Then when used towels piled up in the room, we asked for a bag to throw them inside to help the check out cleane up for the person thats gonna clean. Sheets of my friend had a large brown stain on it, and had problems with the door entrance. Room is pretty but no service on site and no cleaning the room during 4 day stay..

Very good location. Close to the metro. Flat not cleaned at all. Enough towel in the appartment along with instant coffee/ tea. Electricity adapter available. Balcony small (2person standing up).

Large clean room with great dining options nearby, we walked from here to all parts of Rome, it felt quite central. (Tira e Molla Roma was our favorite restaurant nearby)

A acomodação é excelente. A cama é confortável, as roupas de cama e banho são limpas e de boa qualidade, o banheiro tem um tamanho razoável e é bastante funcional. A localização é de fácil acesso à rede de transporte e tem uma vizinhança bastante agradável, com pequenos comércios e bons restaurantes. Recomendo a acomodação para quem busca privacidade e conforto em Roma.

O quarto estava bem limpo e organização. A equipe foi super ágil ao entrar em contato, super gentil e prestativo. A localização é ótima, fica a pouco minutos do coliseu e por perto tem vários locais pra comer e mercado próximos. A vizinha tambem é super tranquila e o bairro é calmo e agradável. Super recomendo !! Se um dia eu voltar a roma, com certeza vou procurar o hotel San Giovane !!

Olá, fiz a reserva pelo hotéis.com e na hora de você reservar só aparece a foto do quarto, que é bom o quarto, mas a propriedade em si é extremamente precária, parece que você tá entrando em uma prisão, muito feio. Grama por cortar, pintura por fazer, o elevador de 1930, extremamente sujo, a propriedade em si não indico de jeito algum, mas quando você chega no quarto é melhor, o quarto é organizado, confortável e aconchegante. Apenas isso. A localização é boa e próxima da estação Termini, mas eu não recomendaria, pelo conjunto da obra. Como falei, o quarto é bom, mas a propriedade não é nada legal.

Es la primera vez que hago una reserva en Hoteles.com y a dónde llegó no es un hotel, este lugar está en un edificio bastante deteriorado y llegas a él y no hay nadie, hay un teléfono en la puerta al cual llamamos y no contestaron, y luego vimos que en la aplicación de hoteles.com estaba para hacer el Check inn, cosa que no debería ser ya que hasta ese día lo vimos, deben mandar esas notificaciones al mail personal, se hizo el trámite que nos piden y muchas horas después, pudimos entrar por qué llegaron otros huéspedes y pasamos, si no no se que hubiera pasado, luego en su página todo lo que te mandan es en italiano cuando debería ser en inglés, realmente fueron 2 horas angustiantes de no poder entrar al lugar, ya luego en el cuarto, amplio, limpio y suficiente para lo que necesitábamos, íbamos 2 adultos y 2 niños, el agua caliente se acabó cuando fue mi turno! No hay ganchos para colgar las toallas, y por lo demás está bien,no me fijo en las cosas cuando el lugar el limpio y tienes buena atención, pero en este caso no se trata con nadie de este lugar, te dan una clave para entrar y ya, y como lo puse antes la clave la obtuvimos de otros huéspedes, de la zona, no es la mejor, pero tampoco está mal.
