Appréciation générale et éléments à rectifier

Appartement en bon état, correctement situé pour découvrir ROME. Cependant, il convient de changer l'abattant des toiletes qui est fêlé et la cuvette entartrée... Par ailleurs, on doit partir à 10h00 le matin, mais l'électricité se coupe automatiquement à 9h55... Enfin, les poêles pour la cuisine sont tellement entartrées que l'on n'a pas voulu s'en servir. N'oublions pas que l'agence prend 120€ pour le ménage... Mais satisfaits dans l'ensemble.
