The location is great, with the Metro station being less than five minutes walk. There are good food options close by and the area is nice. We had a two bedroom apartment which was clean and is spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Rome! Everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. And the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment, huge rooms, two lovely bathrooms, all facilities catered for including washing machine and dryer. Three teenagers with us and it was perfect for eating there and close to the Metro and attractions. Cannot fault it at all and recommend to anyone.

Wouldn’t stay again due to poor condition of unit and customer service by local team. The location, check-in and WiFi is convenient. The pictures and condition of the unit did not match up at all. I’m sure the rooms looked like the picture in their prime but now they are run down and need maintenance BADLY. I took pics and video and sent it to customer service and they didn’t do anything or see an issue, just said there was nothing they could do and online photos are just examples.Told me supervisor would contact me and ofcourse they didn’t. Didn’t offer anything, even to move me to another unit, wouldn’t approve refund. Probably because they are all terrible. You can tell renovations were cheaply done. There was water damage throughout the property, the walls are all scuffed up, the bathroom stinks of mold, black mold in the shower, shower door coming apart, sink leaks in the back. I could barely breathe in the bathroom it was so bad. When we checked in sheets had stains, they never got changed even after alerting property. The bed is made with a sheet only but we found a comforter in the closet ourselves luckily. The apartment definitely appears smaller in person but that isn’t a huge deal. The bed wasn’t comfortable and pillows were cheap and soft. The place just felt a bit grungy and looks like a budget version of what you see online. Towels were cheap but we liked having products in the shower like shower gel. Budget option, no staff onsite typically, chat line a joke.

Loved our stay at this property. Spacious apartment with kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Super convenient location- steps from the Triton fountain in Piazza Barberini, and short walk to Trevi Fountain. It was very easy to get to all the other sights in Rome. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend
