Double room with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and heating, wardrobe, and TV. The room features one double bed and two additional single beds.If you book for 1 or 2 people, you will have the double bed.If you book for 3 people, you will have one double and one single bed.If you book for 4 people, you will have one double and two single beds.If you book for 2 people but require a double and one or two single beds, an extra cost will apply.
The room is located within a Guest House featuring 5 rooms, all with private bathrooms, and a bright, inviting common area that offers a pleasant atmosphere to start the day and socialize over a delicious coffee. Guests can also make use of a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, which are available in the common area at any time.
Check in is handled independently from 3:00 PM onwards via a numerical code that will be sent the day before your arrival. If you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM, you may use the code to enter the common area and leave your luggage so you can start exploring the city, but you must not collect the room keys yet. Check out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are required to leave the keys in the same box where they were collected upon arrival. If needed, you may leave your luggage in the common area and return to collect it using the provided codes; however, please do not re enter the rooms as they will be cleaned and sanitized for incoming guests. Please note that the property does not offer a luggage monitoring service and is not responsible for any items left behind.
Rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days and (obviously) with each new guest. Each room is provided with keys, allowing guests to come and go as they please. A penalty will be charged for lost or broken keys. The following are not permitted: Use the kitchen Bring other guests into the property Smoking, consuming alcohol, and/or drugs Bringing pets, unless otherwise agreed with the owner with an additional daily fee. Please: Do not disturb other guests Keep the volume of your voice, music, or television at a level appropriate for harmonious coexistence with guests in neighboring rooms Turn off the lights, water, and air conditioning whenever you leave your room Do not throw anything down the toilet or sink that could clog the pipes Close the interior doors and the exterior door of the elevator to prevent it from getting stuck on the floor.
