Very close to Termini station in a working class neighborhood with lots of new immigrants. We felt safe the whole time. Walking distance to most things, including grocery store and restaurants within 15 min walk. Key to front door and then to apartment door (with a key box).Elevator to apartment 5 (2nd floor) 2 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms with shower stalls and plenty of water pressure. 1 bed confy and firm in main area. Everything is clean. Modern functional furniture. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, Nespresso pod maker with some complimentary pods, sink, dishwasher) Washer & dryer. Owner is very responsive to messages.

Nice way to have access to Rome but be out of the tourist area. Train and bus stops nearby and great neighborhood restaurants. Had some hiccups with check in but it was addressed fast and we were all set!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l’appartement d’Alessandro.Il est situé dans un quartier authentique de Rome proche du centre-ville et du Colisée.L’appartement se trouve dans un bloc d’immeuble avec une cour intérieure très propre ( ne pas se fier aux tags des murs dans la rue).L’équipement est complet : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière expresso, grille-pain et tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner. Pour nous 5, c’était parfait pour découvrir Rome .
