The Inn at the Spanish Steps is not a luxury inn. It is a mediocre experience at best. From the weird check-in, where they have you come in the front door, greeted by staff, then have you go up a few flights of stairs to have an official check-in and tell you about the amenities in that building, like breakfast on the terrace with no view. Then they finally take you to your non-air-conditioned, kind of beaten-up, worn room in a completely different building about a block away. The only positive is a great shower and towels to cool off from the hot, stuffy room.

Personale molto gentile. Camera rumorosa perché gli infissi nn sono adeguati. Ho prenotato ed invece che nella struttura principale, situata al numero civico 85 mi hanno fatto andare in una piccola struttura al civico 48 senza essere specificato nel sito. Mi presento al civico 48 però la registrazione andava fatta al civico 85. Tutto ciò, senza essere (stato messo al corrente sul sito di prenotazione!
