The 30 m² loft is designed to offer comfort and functionality in a compact yet well organized space, ideal for two guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi Fi, Nespresso machine and all essential amenities for a practical and comfortable stay.

Despite being close to Trastevere s vibrant nightlife, the apartment overlooks a quiet alley that ensures privacy and peaceful rest after a day spent exploring Rome. The area is filled with traditional restaurants, historic cafés, local markets and charming streets, offering an authentic taste of real Roman life.

Excellent public transport connections including tram and several bus lines just a few steps away allow quick and easy travel throughout the city. The loft is for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the price, but we offer for a fee the possibility of having an extra cleaning service during the stay, as well as a change of linen. The wi fi internet connection is available throughout the entire structure. The loft is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to make the most of your Roman adventure. The Trastevere Loft is located in the heart of one of the oldest and most evocative neighborhoods in Rome. The accommodation, recently renovated, is excellently furnished. It is a modern loft with everything you need to enjoy your Roman holiday. It consists of an open space of 30 square meters, with a double bed, a pouf bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. It is located in the Trastevere district, one of the oldest in Rome, in the heart of the historic center and full of small shops, restaurants and cafes. You will walk on the cobblestones to reach all the main tourist destinations. The tram 8 stop is in front of the apartment.

The loft is located on the ground floor and overlooks the internal courtyard of the building. It can be accessed from the building or from the secondary access door to the condominium courtyard. You cannot smoke inside the structure and you cannot bring animals.
