The staff of the hotel were the stars of the show. It was pretty, and the room was a good size especially for 3. It was conveniently located in walking distance to a lot of sites, with lots of food options around. We booked transportation through the hotel which was also convenient.
Front office staff super friendly and helpful. Great rooms, excellent location, superb breakfast. Thanks!

Disliked: Room comfort
Disappointing
We stayed here in April of 2025
We had unseasonably warm weather and we were unable to keep the room cool as the air conditioning was controlled by the front desk. We had 5 visits to our room during a 2 night stay from Maintenance Staff to try to fix the problem.
Staff was grumpy towards us
It was not an enjoyable experience
The hotel is in a nice area and you feel safe walking around the area. The staff is very friendly and professional. The money we spent was well worth it.
We arrived in Rome on the day of Pope Francis’ funeral. The church where he has been interred is directly across from the hotel. This impacted the amount of traffic and number of people in the area. Hotel staff were able to quickly get cabs when we needed them. They assisted us in finding everything we needed.
Great small hotel near Roma Termini and next to Santa María Maggiore, where Pope Francis will lay to rest. The room was also great, with clean and modern bathroom and loved having Nespresso coffee to get up and go!
Accommodation was lovely, bedroom very comfortable and stylish. For the price of the hotel o was a bit disappointed that I was brought off milk to make a hot drink, and couldn’t replace. Also charged for coffee pods in room which again given the standard of hotel and price felt was a bit of a joke. However overall a pleasant stay in a beautiful room and great location
My husband and I booked this “4 star” hotel for the last leg of our honeymoon. We wanted to stay at someplace nice and splurge our last days of the trip. We paid $700 for two nights. We showed up and the area and not at all what people described. Everyone raved about the location but it’s 3 minutes away from unsafe and sketchy areas. It’s the start of the “okay” area. I didn’t feel safe walking around at night due to bars on nearby businesses and graffiti everywhere. It was also a good 15 minute walk to the main tourist areas. The room was gross and the walls were scuffed up. The shower had stains on it. I was so disappointed. I had stayed in nicer areas our entire honeymoon (we started and ended in Rome) that were WAY cleaner, nicer, and in a better area for $300 total. This place is a total rip off for the price. I would say “you get what you pay for” if we paid $250 total. I tried to get a refund and tried to move due to safety reasons and Expedia was so slow to help and the hotel’s answer to my safety concern was “you don’t have to leave”. Listen. It’s a fine hotel. But not for the price tag. You can get safer, cleaner, and a better area for a fraction of the price. Owners, get a grip. Your hotel is not worth $300 a night.
Nice boutique hotel in an excellent location. Nice facilities and service but they didn't offer any VIP perks for a Platinum Expedia member so I don't think they should be listed as a VIP property.
