Trastevere Design Apartment

Amazing and completely renewed apartment with every kind of comfort .

The house is on the 4th floor with lift and consists of a living room with table, seats, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a big wardrobe, bathroom with a large shower and a small cozy balcony.

Guests will find in the house free wifi, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, heating, bed linens, towels, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and ironing board, baby cot.

Below the apartment is one of the most delicious ice cream stores in Rome (Ping Pong) .

By foot in less than 20 minutes, on the other side of the Tiber, are the Pyramid, the MACRO Museum and Testaccio, popular neighborhood with a lot of eateries and night spots.

Next to the apartment is the line 170 which brings into the city center (Tiber Island, Piazza Venezia and Termini) through the side of Testaccio, while a 5-minute walk, in front of the station of Trastevere, there is

the bus H or tram ( that before crossing the center passes through Trastevere, other particular area with winding streets covered with cobblestones overlooked by medieval houses. As Testaccio, that area in the evening is full of people to the pubs, pizzerias and outdoor gatherings.

Around the apartment there are all kinds of shops and supermarkets.

The house is easily reached from Fiumicino airport by train to Trastevere station and then a 5 minute walk, or always from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports you can reach Termini station and from there

take bus H or 170.

Tourist Tax 6€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.

For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

On request, you can have a transfer service with driver (car or van) that can take guests directly from the front gate of the airport up to the apartment.

For over 4 weeks reservations, the electricity will be charged to guests and paid according to consumption (the cost is € 0.50 per kw ). For stays longer than 28 nights a deposit is required for utilities of € 200
