We loved the location of this apartment. It was back from the main streets and very quiet. Just a 13 minute walk to the Vatican. And 5 minuet walk across the Tiber to old Rome. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had all we needed.

I rented this in the morning thru Expedia by the time I reached time at evening time no one was there. This is a home , located in a very dirty apt complex. Unable to reach anyone. Experidia is disputing with hotel about my reimbursement since I never was able to check in. Very irresponsible, they told Expedia that this has to be booked 24 hr prior even then nowhere while booking in no place it stated that. If this was the case Expedia shouldn’t allow you to book this hotel within the same day. Very disappointing, not a good experience while I stood outside of the unit with 4 luggages and my family including my 1 year old in the cold with no answer. I ended up booking another place the same night and lost my last day in Rome because of this situation. I paid taxi from the terminal then Uber to my other hotel. Very nasty situation , unexpected and unnecessary.
