Fantastic property, and the operator is very communicative and helpful. Access to a kitchen which is certainly nice, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean! The only reason for my 4 star vs 5 has to do with convenience of location. Anyone booking here should familiarize themselves with the area as it is quite tucked away from the major attractions in Rome. You will likely need to navigate the bus/metro to get to the central tourist area. If that’s your vibe, then this is a great spot!! Also shout out to the small pizza shop next door Pizza Boom. Great selection of pizza by weight, and other delicious food.

The room was exactly as pictured and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. On a Main Street w easy access to the train and tram and plenty of buses. 20 minute walk to great restaurants, 2 minute walk to grocery store and bakeries and gelato. Kitchen had everything we could need and more.

Mario is the best host that can be. He’s got great taste, so the property, both the private room and the common areas are very attractive and impeccable. The area is safe and quiet and is just a short tram ride from the most touristy areas of Trastevere. I recommend this place for couples or solo travelers.

Lugar incrível. A estrutura do prédio, do quarto e da area comum são surreais! Quarto é maravilhoso, lindo e confortável. A cozinha na area comum é mais que equipada… É maravilhosa!
