Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disappointing & distressing - don’t bother!

Location is the only plus. Lots and lots of steep steps to the top level - exhausting to go up and down, let alone with your luggage! Kitchen, eating area and bathroom are tiny. Terrace not worth going up to. Sofa bed mattress is so thin no adult could lie on it without having back problems! Cleanliness was an issue for us with dirty socks found in living room, disgusting toilet, stained duvet, wall power socket exposing wiring, frayed jute flooring creating a tripping hazard. We couldn’t stay for 1 night let alone 3 nights that we had booked for, so left immediately and found alternative apartment on another website for the same price that was gorgeous. Staff were helpful when I relayed my concerns and apologetic during my distress. Offered a refund for 2 of the 3 nights so it ended up being a waste of 1 nights rate but there was no way we could stay there - very disappointing and distressing experience.
