The Space:

@uRhOME – Luxury Accommodation is a recently renovated apartment, perfect for families, with space to accommodate up to four guests.



The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern and functional en-suite bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. A second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.



The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and includes a refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, coffee machine, and toaster. Complimentary coffee and tea are also provided to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.



For your comfort and entertainment, the apartment offers a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a sofa in the living area. Its excellent location, just a short walk from Libia metro stations a Nomentana train station, makes it quick and easy to reach Rome’s main attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with no shared spaces. The property is for private use only and will be entirely at your disposal, ensuring comfort, privacy, and complete freedom throughout your stay.

The apartment is located at Via Valpolicella 39B, in the Nomentano district, a vibrant and multicultural area of Rome.



In the immediate surroundings, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops of all kinds, making your stay both convenient and enjoyable.



The location is ideal for exploring the city, with Rome’s historic center and many of its main attractions easily accessible.



Getting Around:

Just a few minutes' walk away is Libia Metro Station (Line B), one of Rome’s main metro lines.



Metro Line B provides quick connections to Termini Station and many of the city's most important attractions.



Several bus and tram stops are also located nearby, making it easy and convenient to get around Rome during your stay.

Check-in is scheduled from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:01 PM and 11:59 PM, an additional fee of EUR 20.00 applies. For arrivals after 12:00 AM, the fee is EUR 50.00.



The apartment features one double bed for 1–2 guests. For 3–4 guests, two double beds are available. For 5 guests, the accommodation includes two double beds and a sofa bed.



Interaction with Guests:

We will be available throughout your stay via the messaging system of the booking platform through which your reservation was made. We will be happy to assist with any questions, requests, or recommendations to help make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
