With one bedroom and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families or groups of up to four people. Located in the heart of the elegant Prati district, just a few minutes from the Vatican, the Olympic Stadium and the Lepanto metro station, it is the perfect starting point for exploring Rome. It is well served by pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and shared mobility services.
The 70 m² flat is located on the 5th floor with lift.
Inside, it consists of:A LIVING ROOM with SOFA BED and dining table with Smart TV, which leads to a small STUDY with desk and armchair.
The KITCHEN is fully equipped with a hob, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and a small table overlooking the balcony.
The double BEDROOM has a walk in wardrobe, Smart TV and BATHROOM with washbasin, bidet, toilet, bathtub and washing machine.
It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. For this reason, it also has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, and free fibre Wi Fi, which is excellent for those who are working remotely.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!
