NEW Entire apartment of 50 m2. in San Pietro, renovated in January 2022 via Dei Cavalleggeri: . Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Campo dei Fiori can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. 100 meters from St. Peter's Square. Perfect for 4 people.
It is located in a traffic-free area, accessible by car, in a perfect position to reach the main tourist destinations on foot.
The apartment is equipped with smart TV, heating, Wi-Fi, AC and audio system with Bluetooth. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, not dryer, as well as a ready-made Nespresso coffee machine; we will make sure to provide coffee and sugar at check-in to allow for a traditional Italian start to the day.
This is the composition of the apartment:
-living room with kitchenette and bathroom where there is a double bed (foldaway bed) with a single orthopedic and non-foldable mattress 20 cm high;
- bedroom and bathroom with double bed plus single bed which, if necessary, transforms into a bunk bed, with the possibility of hosting 3 people in the room.
The second bathroom has a comfortable 150x80 shower and all the essential courtesy products: hairdryer, soaps, shampoo.
The house is located inside a historic building in the basement, but bright and easy to reach. You have to climb some stairs to reach the floor.
The house is suitable for couples, families with children and people traveling for work.
Animals, even small ones, are not allowed.

An Excellent Stay

Wow! We had a wonderful time staying in Rome! Arturo was more than accommodating and easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of our place. It was a short walk to the Vatican. Had a nice variety of shops and restaurants within a two minute walk. The apartment itself was virtually spotless! The beds were comfortable and with two full bathrooms my daughter and I could get ready at the same time. Which was great! It was bright, well lit, and best of all each room had it's own, in superb working order, air conditioning unit. I would, without hesitation, recommend Arturo's place!

Tremendous Experience

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The accuracy of the listing is precise, the apartment is well apportioned, clean, newly remodeled and in a location that couldn't be better if you're in Rome to sightsee. As for a host, you won't find one better, more accomodating, and communicative than Arturo. Book and enjoy!

Rome Getaway

We found Arturo’s place to be in the perfect location for our short trip to Rome. Communication with Arturo was the easiest I have ever encountered and he happily set up a car service to pick us up from the airport and take us directly to the apartment. Great property with awesome location!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location for visiting the Vatican City (less than 5 minute walk away) and very close to cheap buses into the city centre (you can tap your credit card on the bus so it was very easy). The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, and the bathrooms were very clean and spacious. We were happy to have a large shower in Europe!! Arturo was very kinda and gave us some recommendations as well. We would love to come back here!

Great Location!!!

This was a nice apartment close to the Vatican. It was a five-minute walk and we were right there. There was no problem getting an Uber right to the apartment and there was a taxi stand one minute away. If you have the energy you could walk to the other main attractions and save yourself about 20 euros. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Arturo was great and helped set the private transfer to his place and had recommendations on where to eat and how to get around. There was enough room for four of us but we were always out and about. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Apartment

I communicated weeks prior with the owner Arturo through WhatsApp, and he was always responsive to my questions. Check-in was very easy! Arturo greeted us at the front door. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Out of the 6 apartments we stayed during our vacation, this one had the most living space for our family of 4. We appreciated having 2 separate bathrooms, each having a full shower. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Arturo was pleasant to speak with and explained how to operate all the appliances, and even gave us suggestions for touring Rome. He was very thorough in providing restaurant and transportation recommendations. There’s a grocery store 5-minute walk away. St Peter’s Square is only 5 minute walk as well. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and wish we could have stayed longer...So much to see. Check-out was easy as well. We would definitely use this apartment again on our next visit to Rome! Clean space in a quiet yet accessible location

The apartment is well situated to explore Rome while still being outside the heavily touristed areas. Everything is readily accessible by walking or a short bus ride. Exceptional place!

The place is exactly as described and pictures. It is a wonderful, clean, comfortable place very near Vatican. Beds were amazing. Apartment is so quiet that you can actually rest from the crowds and noise. We had a fantastic time there. Arturo is a wonderful host. He made it very easy for us in every way. His recommendations for places to eat and how to get around Rome were right on. He was so helpful and replied right away to all our questions. We highly recommend this place!

View of the Vatican!

Vatican Maison Cavalleggeri was a perfect place to stay while in Rome. It was located a couple minutes walk for St Peter’s and everything you could possibly want to see in Rome. The property itself was exceptionally clean and updated. It was also exactly as was described. Our host, Arturo Pardi, was extremely nice and very easy to work with.
