Everything was great except the wifi. This was really bad. If you need wifi to do business while on vacation, this is not the hotel for you. Until they upgrade their system, I would stay away!

The staff was nice and allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel after check out. We went to eat and came back to wait for our Taxi. What we did not like was the room. Not what was shown in the pictures when booking! The room was way to small for 3 adults! We paid for a double room for three adults and this room was not that. Disappointed to say the least.

Quando siamo arrivati alle 18.00 una delle stanze non era ancora pronta. Il check-in alle 15 è gia tardi, se arrivo alle 18.00 e non hai la stanza pronta non puoi mandarmi in un’altra stanza solo perché “è delle mie figlie”, perché questo comporta che io debba aspettare in un’altra camera che sia pronta la mia. a quel punto me ne dai direttamente un’altra, completamente inaccettabile. Nonostante questo camera carina e pulita, in un’ottima zona. un peccato che sia successo questo.

Good value for price!

Great location (all main attractions & Termini station are at walking distance), room was clean, had a comfy bed & great bathroom! Staff was nice. The room was super small, but that didn’t bother us because we were out & exploring Rome. The breakfast (we got a coupon to use at a nearby hotel) was just awful (both coffee & old cornetto), we only went once - but plenty nice options around the hotel so it was fine. Would recommend if you’re looking for a spot to explore Rome & not planning to sit in your hotel room :)

Great location, great staff, but bad rooms!

the location of the hotel was great, very close to Trevi fountain. the staff is nice and helpful, speak english well. But the rooms are poorly maintain, clogged bathtub and sink and dirty overall. Maybe it was just ours, and that very day.

Room was in good condition when I checked in also staff is very helpful and understanding. I must say, location of the hotel is very good as main attractions are at walking distance and good connections to public transport like Republica Station on Metro A is at 5 minutes walking distance.
