Cozy, refined and recently renovated apartment with a spacious terrace and closed private garage.
Located in a quiet street in the elegant Parioli district of Rome, close to the beautiful public parks Villa Borghese (10 mins walk) and Villa Ada (5 mins walk).
Well connected with Rome center by public transport: 15 mins to Piazza Barberini, 20 mins to Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.
“Coppedè” district (a mix of Liberty, Art Decò and Baroque style buildings), is just 5 mins on foot.
The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and elegant location to visit Rome.
It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds , kitchen, living room, a full bathroom, a spacious terrace furnished with table and chairs and a private car box in the building basement (198 cm height, 240 cm wide, 5,5 m depth).
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, autonomous heating, oven, laundry machine and dishwashing machine.
