Private: large garden 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, pond, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with salt water and shutter cover. WC in the pool area, pool house, patio, arbour (10 m2), terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) at the house.
