Marco was very easy to work with and helpful with providing some suggestions for our stay! He even helped me book a dinner reservation when I was running into a language barrier when I tried making the reservation myself. The apartment is as pictured. It has what we needed for our stay. Good beds and comfortable location to walk from to points of interest. It was insanely hot while we’re were there 95-100 degrees so wearing clothing a since tile wasn’t possible, having the washing machine was perfect We were disappointed that while we were there there was construction on the building right outside our door and started each morning at 7:30-8:00am even on Saturday while we were staying. It was not great for getting rest after late nights and very dirty on the walkway to the apt and we couldn’t hang out laundry because of the dust from the work being done. I let the owner know that the floors needed to be addressed for the next cleaning bc upon arrival they were quite dirty, we were all glad we brought flip flops so we didn’t have to walk on the floors. It didn’t ruin our stay but we did let Marco know. We had a great stay and miss Rome and the Trastevere neighborhood! I think most people would find this apartment a good value and location!
