Cozy, quiet, peculiarly and amusing furnished apartment completely renovated in July 2025. It is the ideal solution for a family or friends to comfortably visit the city staying in a relaxing and central location that is only 7 minutes walk from Via Vittorio Veneto and is well and easily connected to all historical and archaeological city areas because the "Repubblica" metro station is just 6 min flat walk away and "Termini" central train station is just 13 min flat walk away.

The apartment, furnished in a particular, nice and amusing way with many references to music, sport, comics and even some cute little miniature settings inserted in niches in the walls, has two double bedrooms (beds are 160 x 200 cm), two bathrooms with shower, a single bedroom directly connected with the living room (the bed is a futon one that can be used also as sofa, bed size 100 x 195 cm), the living room with lunch area and the kitchen.
The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating with fan coils, smart TV (in the living room), Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher and washer&dryer machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Toilet use: Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of €120 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
