Near the six-place table, there is a fully equipped open kitchen, provided with modern appliances and unique details. On the ground floor, there also are the villa's three bedrooms, the three of them being equipped with one double bed and an ensuite. Two bedrooms have an open bathroom concept (both with a bathtub), the facilities being separated by a partial wall; the third bedroom is provided with a classic ensuite with a shower. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor of the house.

Upstairs, you will find a picturesque living room, with a TV, sofas, and armchairs. This room is also provided with warm/cool air-con.

The fabulous, fully-fenced outdoor area will make your dreams come true. The splendid porch welcomes an area for dining "al fresco", and even a chill-out space where you can rejoice in the quiet environment.
