Overall, our stay was good however a few things that I would recommend- placing some sort of hanging ornament outside of the gate, so that guests know which side of the house you should enter on. Also a small note card or book with instructions on what channels are available on the TV. Lastly, something needs to be done about the stench of cigarette. It was almost unbearable for me when entering in the bathroom yesterday night. I’m not sure where the smell comes from but obviously someone is smoking in the main house and it is venting into the bathroom. If the bathroom door is open, it permeates into the entire lower level. It’s awful. It’s a lovely VRBO, but I’m not sure I would go back because the cigarette smell was overbearing.

This property is excellent construction, privacy, beauty, space and responsive hosts. The only criticism is a non stocked kitchen if you want to cook. I would stay there again!!!
