The property accommodates a maximum capacity of 12 guests and features a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, mirrored symmetrically across both floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and sleeping room equipped with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace used only for decoration, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with a direct exit to the terrace. A first bedroom offers 1 french bed and air conditioning, also with access to the terrace. A second bedroom is fitted with 2 beds and air conditioning. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the ground floor layout. It features a living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace for decorative purposes only, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the balcony.
