Very beautiful single-family house "La Crischona". 2 km from the centre of Les Issambres, 10 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime, 45 km from the centre of Cannes, in the residential district, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: property 2'400 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 50 - 270 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
