The spacious villa offers a living space of app. 230 m². In detail the following rooms are available:
Ground floor:
- a loft-style entrance-/living- and dining room open to a full equipped kitchen with adjacent covered terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ
- guest toilet
- 2 bedrooms with access to the spacious terrace and the swimming pool
- 2 bathrooms
First floor:
- 2 bedrooms with access to the roof terrace with a very nice sea view
- 2 bathrooms
