There were some issues with Interhome, who held the key, and in the instructions referred to a key box. On arrival at the property there was no box and a helpful neighbour called the office who let us know that they (a 15 min drive away) in fact held the key during office hours - they were discourteous when we arrived, asking us to read the notes properly, so getting into the villa was stressful. Further translation and clarity is required in the notes.The instructions for the WiFi did not work and there were two visits to try to fix it - in the end I fixed it myself. For the last three days of the stay the pool was out of action as it turned green - the key-holder responded promptly but it was not fixed by the time we left - I have asked for compensation.The Villa is very well placed for the beach and the local towns and vineyards though generally because it is in a gated community there was a sense from some (perhaps permanent residents) that we were a nuisance. The villa has a garage and a nominated parking space, during the time we were asked to move cars (residents knocked on the door) even though others had used our nominated space and / or parked in front of our garage.Generally, for such a large villa, a minimum of two cars and spaces is required, but these were hard to secure even though they belonged to the villa.For bookings of more than one week, a change of linen, bedding and towels should be provided.
