French Riviera, Les Issambres facing St Tropez: charming villa with swimming pool for your seaside vacation. Composed of an entrance, opening onto a living room with a beautiful fitted kitchen, view of the terrace and swimming pool, toilets, a very elegant small Mediterranean garden, upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master with its shower room, toilets, bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with a 140 cm bed (new mattresses), linen rental on request. A baby bed is available in one bedroom. This villa accommodates 6 people plus a baby.

The equipment is perfect, washing machine in the laundry room, dishwasher, air conditioning in the living room as well as in the hallway of the bedrooms upstairs. Gas stove.
Very pretty and recent 8 x 4 swimming pool protected by an alarm and a removable barrier if necessary. No overlooked swimming pool Cars park inside, electric gate. Located 500 m from the beach of 44, you will appreciate this house for which we had the crush. The first shop of the village is 600 m away;
Well-behaved adapted animals accepted on request however.
