    Stone built studio with high ceilings, exposed beams and charmign finishes. Situated independantly from the main family house, you will enjoy complete privacy with your own outdoor terrace and full access to the pool and pool house.

    The studio is fitted with a small kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and double hot plates. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The main room offers a king bed with comfortable mattress, lounge chair and small dining table with 2 chairs. On the private terrace there is a further table with 4 chairs under the shade of an olive tree.

    Ideally located to explore the region, the studio is situated in Roquefort Les Pins, which is 25min to Nice airport, 7min to Valbonne and only 15min to the beaches of Villenueve Loubet and Cagnes Sur Mer. The studio is about a 3min walk to a popular local restaurant/bar and clothing shop, hairdresser, pharmacy, tabac and boulangerie.

    During summer you will enjoy reverse cycle air-conditioning and during winter you will love the underfloor heating.

    Plenty of parking onsite.

    Please note that the studio is situated on a property alongside a family home and we have a Weimeraner dog, who is very friendly, but could be intimidating for people with a fear of dogs. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to keep the dog away from the studio. Feel free to message us before booking if you have questions.

    Wonderful Stay

    We had a fabulous stay. Sandy & Tristan were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage is beautifully arranged with everything you need and very clean.The bed was comfortable and the wifi fast.     Superb!

    Spent a lovely week at the end of October in this property, it was everything we had hoped it would be. Beautiful setting in the grounds of the main house, with its own terrace to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. The property is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is heating (which we did not need) and air conditioning, although the property does stay nice and cool if you close the shutters. It is well situated for exploring Nice and surrounding area and there is a great bakers and green grocers opposite the main supermarket which I would recommend. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. They were more than happy to let us use the pool and were there if you needed them for anything. A most enjoyable holiday and I can thoroughly recommend staying here. We shall definitely be making a return visit. Many thanks

    Sauber und schön gestaltet.

    Wir waren nur für 3 Nächte in dem Apartment. Da wir viel von der Umgebung sehen wollten, haben wir leider den schönen Pool und die tollen Außenanlagen nicht genutzt (abends war es dafür zu der Jahreszeit schon ein bisschen kalt). Das Apartment ist auch nur für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen, da es recht klein ist und wenig Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen oder zur Aufhängung von Bekleidung etc. bietet (kein Kleiderschrank) Das Bad ist sehr klein. Alles ist sehr charmant und minimalistisch gestaltet. Ein umfangreiches Booklet mit Infos zu allem beantwortet Fragen.

    Super séjour ! Accueil très sympa des propriétaires, tout le confort nécessaire, au calme, petit logement au top ! Manque juste un sèche serviette dans la sdb et un rideau sur la fenêtre côté lit qui est déjà équipée d'un volet, mais franchement à part ces petits détails rien à redire
