Magnificent 4-bedroom family villa in the heart of the Côte d'Azur

Very beautiful modern Provencal villa of 180 m2, ideal for sunny family holidays.
Located in a quieter environment, without vis-à-vis and only 10 minutes from the heart of the village feet, you can enjoy its swimming pool in a garden of 2000 m2 consists of a lawn area / pool and a wooded area.

The villa has a covered terrace with a large table overlooking the pool.
The pool has a submerged automatic cover (for security), 6 chairs are available and a solar shower.
A second outdoor dining area located under the trees adjacent to a shaded bowling alley with regulatory dimensions.

For the pleasure of children and parents, the villa has a large trampoline (4 m in diameter), a beautiful tree house, a swings, a small zipline, a table table tennis, a football table, a sandpit for the little ones and for all a hen house with fresh eggs every day.

The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, two with double beds of 160 * 200 and two upstairs with double beds 140 * 200. (possibility of adding a single bed in one of the rooms).
The 2 master bedrooms each have their bathroom, and a third bathroom is upstairs to the other two bedrooms. The villa has 3 toilets including 2 independent.

Inside the house all the comforts for a great holiday: wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 flat screen TV, blue-ray player, two refrigerators, two freezers, table and iron to iron, a Nespresso coffee machine.

We put at your disposal our barbecue, our pizza oven and 5 bicycles.

During your stay at this villa, you'll be close to Opio Valbonne Golf Club. Features include a water park and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.

Superb stay in south of France

Superb stay in a wonderful and exceptionally well equipped villa . Hosts were excellent - very helpful with good communication. Photos don’t do the villa justice - it is exceptional with everything very well thought out and planned. We were an extended family with age range between 21 months and 63 - there was ample room and lots to do for everyone. The chickens , tortoise , table tennis , grill , pool football game and many other activities were a big hit with our family. The location is excellent- allowing easy access to coast and mountain villages Thank you for such a lovely holiday - we will definitely be back

Family reunion paradise

We rented the villa for a family reunion with young kids and grandparents this summer and had the most amazing stay! The house is well equipped, simple to use, spacious and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the backyard is just a kid’s dream come true - from the treehouse to the zip line, the trampoline, the animals and more. We played ping pong and foosball, enjoyed cooking on the grill and plancha, dinning outdoor on the terrace, it was the perfect house for us. The kids loved caring for the turtles and picking up the fresh eggs every day. Communication with Audrey and Erick was always great and easy. Thank you both for trusting us with your home, this was a wonderful and unforgettable multi-generational vacation!

Fantastic base for for family with children to explore Cote D'Azur

We were welcomed by Erick and Audrey who let out their lovely family home in the Summer Holidays. The house had everything we wanted: - - good location and walking distance to local shops and cafes - easy to get to main centres of Nice, Monaco and into Italy. - Well appointed, clean, modern fresh house with lots of amenities - nice pool, gardens, games, bbq, wood oven, chickens, tortoises, zip wire, computer games, wi fi - We spent many lovely evenings enjoying bbs and the quiet neighbourhood. We have no hesitation in recommending this property. Thanks Erick and Audrey!

Nous avons tous été ravis de notre séjour dans la magnifique propriété d'Erick et Audrey. Perfect hideaway for families!

Audrey and Erick have organized and prepared everything for the ideal family vacation. The villa is located in a beautiful area and has everything you could ask for. The kids loved the trampoline, fresh eggs from the chicken, the zip line and the pool. Adults have everything they need and can make themselves comfortable inside and outside. Overall an excellent experience and we’d love to come back next year!

Fantastic place!

We spent one week in this magnificent house. All was perfect : the big clean house with everything you need (especially lot of accessories for cooking), the garden, the swimming pool, the barbecue, the activities (trampoline, ping pong etc), arrival and departure procedures were perfect. We could not find any drawback in this house, It is the best house we have rented so far!

Perfect vacation

The house is as great as photo's can suggest. We had a wonderful time, using BBQ and pizza oven and swimming almost every day. We loved the turtles and chickens, especially the children. Air-conditioning worked fine and made sure we could sleep well. We had fresh croissants every day, with a bakery only a few minutes by bike. Lovely house and beautiful environment!

Wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir haben zwei fantastische Wochen im Haus von Audrey und Erick verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und der Garten mit Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Alle drei Generationen unserer Reisegruppe (von 3 bis 70 Jahre) haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet und die klimatisierten Schlafzimmer haben wir auch sehr gut geschlafen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe. Audrey und Erick waren sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit, sie hatten uns z.B. bei der Ankunft einige Getränke kaltgestellt. Wir können es absolut empfehlen!

Tolle Villa mit sehr vielen Aktivitäten

Mit 2 Familien und insgesamt 8 Personen gab es sehr viel Platz für alle, ohne sich in die Quere zu kommen. Die Villa ist sehr gut und qualitativ ausgestattet, mir wirklich gut durchdachten Möglichkeit sich zu beschäftigen. Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben es genossen, die Lage ist auch gut, man kommt nach Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibes und Monaco innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Einen großen Dank an die Audrey und Erick.

Petit coin de paradis,à proximité de la mer

Une phrase :rien à redire,vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Maison fidèle à l annonce,jolie,bien équipée, piscine et coin terrasse bien pensés et aménagés. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles pour la moindre information. Commerces à proximité et mer à 20,25 min. Bref,on a été enchanté par cette location

Réservez les yeux fermés

Nous étions 7 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âges. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine ! Tant par les prestations de la maison que par sa situation géographique. Nous recommandons la maison d'Audrey et Erik les yeux fermés ! Tout est pensé : grande maison, cuisine fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, toutes les chambres sont très spacieuses, nombreuses salle de bains et wc ! Concernant l'équipement extérieur, tout y est ! Pas le temps de s'ennuyer : piscine sécurisée, trampoline, terrain de pétanques, ping pong .... Nous n'avons trouvé aucun défaut à cette location ... !! Notre seul regret était de ne pas avoir pris une semaine supplémentaire :-( Merci à vous deux A très bientôt ! PS: Votre petite attention dans le frigo à notre arrivée nous a fait à tous fait très plaisir !

Vacances sereines dans une très belle maison entourée d'un magnifique jardin

Nous avons passé en famille (6 à 8 personnes selon les semaines) de très bons moments dans cette très belle maison. Il est très agréable de pouvoir se l'approprier comme maison de vacances car les propriétaires ne laissent que de magnifiques orchidées comme décoration. L'intérieur est vraiment confortable. La cuisine est magnifique et comporte tout ce qu'il faut... tout à profusion. la télévision (home cinéma) est superbe. L'environnement est très calme et reposant. Nous avons pu faire des parties de ping-pong, de boules (génial le boulodrome sous les pins), de baby foot, de cartes, de WII.. Nous avons pu marcher, courir, et faire du vélos aux alentours. La piscine était entre 26° et 28° pendant 3 semaines. Enfin, nous avions des œufs au poulailler tous les jours. Nous remercions chaleureusement Audrey et Eric qui ont répondu présents à chaque fois que nous avons eu besoin d'eux. Nous reviendrons c'est à peu près certain !

Des vacances amis et famille, tout simplement parfaites !

Cette location est juste parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles en famille. Les photos sont déjà belles mais en vrai c'est encore mieux ! L'emplacement est très bien : la maison ne donne pas sur une route. Elle est située au bout d'un petit chemin : aucun bruit de voitures, trains et autres passages. La maison est très charmante et fonctionnelle : ni trop grande (on n'a pas l'impression de faire des kilomètres pour aller chercher des choses, tout est à portée de main), ni trop petite (on n'est pas les uns sur les autres, chacun peut s'évader). Il y a deux chambres au RDCH : c'est top si on a des bébés ou des enfants en bas âges. Pleins de rangements. La maison est propre. On voit que les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien être des locataires : transats très confortables, grands parasols, grande table terrasse, tous les ustensiles de cuisine, lit bébé, chaise haute etc... Le mieux est à venir : Cette maison est un paradis pour les enfants (mais aussi pour les adultes !) : la piscine est très bien entretenue et très agréable ! Des grandes marches permettent aux enfants en bas âges de jouer dans l'eau. Les propriétaires mettent des jeux d'eau aussi à portée de main. Les enfants avaient un rituel en se réveillant : aller donner à manger aux poules et aller chercher les œufs et donner à manger aux tortues. Et ensuite trampoline ! Sans compter toutes les autres activités : cabane dans les arbres, ping-pong, pétanque, balançoire, vélos... Le jardin est grand : un côté soleil (côté piscine) et un côté ombragé. On a fait de très bons barbecues ! De plus Roquefort-les-pins est une ville bien située : vous pouvez profiter de la côte si vous souhaitez aller à la plage (20 minutes en voiture des plages d'Antibes) mais aussi de l'arrière pays et ses petits villages magnifiques. Je remercie Audrey et Erick qui ont tout fait pour que l'on apprécie ce beau séjour de deux semaines. Tout est parfaitement indiqué : classeur avec tous les modes opératoires et diverses explications donc pas besoin de chercher des heures comment utiliser les matériaux. Encore merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour. Si on revient dans la région, on n'hésitera pas à la re-louer ! Nous recommandons à 200% votre maison.
