80m2 apartment (50m2 apartment and terrace 30m2) on the third floor. There is an elevator. There are two spacious terraces, located east and south/west. Location is next to the Playa Serena golf course. Views of the golf course, swimming pool and sea. Location 2nd line. The beach is a 6-minute walk away. The golf course is a 9-minute walk away. The apartment is for 2 people and consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped separate kitchen. Children's bed on request. Not suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment is equipped with integrated air conditioning. There is a private parking space in the underground parking garage. There is a restaurant 100 meters away and all other amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor can be found in Avenida de Playa Serena (500 meters). The location is near the extensive Entimas Natural Park Sabinar , known for its flamingos. Here too you can go to an extensive and quiet beach, walk, cycle or go horse riding.

Perfection in Roquetas Urbanisation

This holiday home is the perfect place to relax. In the secluded area of Playa Serena views over the golf course and beyond. The space includes a dining space on the terrace and also a relaxation area with comfortable seating overlooking the pool. The bed is very large and super comfortable( I do worry about this beforehand) Kitchen has everything you might need. This apartment would also be perfect for a comfortable winter break. Great communication from agent and owner. Cannot recommend enough!!

Appartamento in un residence di recente costruzione con un balcone enorme su due lati con doppia esposizione con vista su campo da golf adiacente ed in piccola parte sul mare (curioso l'alto gradino per salire sul balcone : avrà sbagliato l'architetto? :) La zona dell'urbanizzazione in cui si trova deve essere ancora ultimata allo stato attuale e fuori stagione è abbastanza desolante: l'urbanista sarà stato un cinese :) tutte strade a tre corsie totalmente deserte. Il bagno è grande, tutto di marmo e con una doccia enorme ma è privo di finestre e di areazione; la doccia col vetro fisso è a rischio allagamento. Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Sistema di riscaldamento / climatizzazione canalizzare di vecchia generazione un po' rumoroso e fastidioso finché non raggiunge la temperatura impostata ma tutto sommato funzionale. La persona del check-in che ci ha aiutato durante il soggiorno è stata molto gentile. Comodo il garage sotterraneo e l'ascensore. Bella la piscina ed i giochi per i bambini condominiali. Nella zona direi il più bel residence costruito. Spiaggia vicina (basta attraversare le due strade a tre corsie ed il giardinetto in mezzo)
