Host tried to charge additional cleaning fee after booking was completed and confirmed through VRBO. Accommodations were dated and not as clean as compared to other VRBO accommodations we have rented. Mind you, it wasn’t full on dirty, it just was a bit dingy, and a cup with a partially consumed beverage was left on an end table. If something as obvious as that was not cleaned up, it leads me to wonder how often they are mopping floors, etc.

The listing was misleading. Should be more upfront about this being a doublewide trailer in a trailer park. No fire ring although every camp spot had one. Had to spend way too much time negotiating parking a single truck towing a small cargo trailer. My guests were unimpressed with this overnight stay. On a positive note it was reasonably clean and quiet.
