Roseau Hostel Bed 2 · Roseau Hostel & Beach Front Property

Literally on the beach is our shared hostel property with some privacy and security at the best rates on the island. Three open rooms with bunk beds in each, full kitchen with utensils, comfortable large single beds, soft sheets, fast WiFi, and all modern amenities one could ask for in a hostel space plus the beach! We are only 15 minutes walk from the Roseau Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes walk to the Roseau city center. There are restaurants, a bakery, and grocery stores within a 25-meter radius and a playing field plus the Botanical Gardens all within walking distance. Please excuse the beach being so close.
The name on the Airbnb profile must match the name of the guest checking -in. No third party bookings via Airbnb. If the name does not match, we will refuse the check-in.
We accept international and non-Dominica residents ONLY.
Our hostel is smoke-free.
Guests must be at least 17 years of age to check in and required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government-issued photo identification.
A valid signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required. We require $50 incidentals courtesy hold on a major credit card at check-in. It can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization to be removed by your bank. No Cash!
We require that all guests abide by 7:00 p.m. to 8 a.m quiet hours. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
No visitors are allowed anywhere in the hostel, including the outside deck area.
No sexual contact in the building is allowed.
No alcohol or food can be consumed in the beds.
The beds cannot be made private; under no circumstances is any guest allowed to put up sheets, towels or any clothing on any part of another bed for this purpose.
One person per bed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Maximum stay is 60 days.
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room, hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Local Laws.

This bed & breakfast offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
