The breakfast, while plain simple fare, was good and the attendant was wonderful. Always smiling. The decor of the hotel seemed a little dated and the hallways could use rails for wheelchair users.

The pool had so much hair in it I have pics of the huge chunk that ended up on my six year old sons back…and I also have pictures of the pull out couch that had a long silver poll sticking out of it. Most things were okay but those things makes us think twice about our stay. We use hotels a lot so was disappointing. Thanks for listening

Our room door was propped open mentioned it to the front desk she mentioned the house keepers just forgot to close it. I had a feeling they were trying to air it out or something. There were ants on the bed and desk. Did not notice until I was itchy in the morning. Told front desk at check out and he said did you say something when you got in and I said no because I was tired and just went to bed didn’t think to inspect the bed. He then just said to enjoy the rest of our day. The hot tub was not hot it was like Luke warm. The breakfast was fine but I felt like people kept having to ask for things vs. them just monitoring what needed to be replaced. I wouldn’t stay again.

My room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. When I asked about the toilet they told me to lift the top of the toilet and flush the toilet that way.
