NOTE: This listing is a part of our larger Branch & Barrel parent listing. This listing is for rental of the FIRST FLOOR only, ideal for two people. Upstairs bedrooms will not be accessible during your stay.

KITCHEN - fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee pot and tea kettle; eat-in seating at island

LAUNDRY ROOM - new washer and dryer available for guest use; laundry detergent provided

BATHROOM - Tub/shower combo, single vanity, toilet

BEDROOM - King bed, dresser, full-length mirror, smart TV

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:

- Wood burning fireplace with seating

- This is an old farmhouse in a rural area, so there are frequently seasonal bugs
