Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1.Place all trash in trash bags and take to exterior trash bin. 2.Start a load of towels, sheets, and pillowcases (NOT mattress pads) in the washing machine.
3. Wash dirty dishes and place in sink to dry. 4. Empty fridge and freezer. 5. Set thermostat on 62 in winter and 77 in summer
6. Turn all appliances and lights off. 7. Lock all doors and use your front door code to lock the front door behind you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
