J’ai reçu un e-mail me demandant de modifier mon avis sur mon séjour, ce que je trouve aberrant, car je n’ai fait que relater des faits réels. J’ai donc décidé d’énumérer à nouveau ces faits et de publier mon avis sur un autre site, puisque, visiblement, seuls les avis positifs sont acceptés.Je travaille moi-même dans un service client, et je sais que les avis négatifs sont essentiels : ils sont constructifs, permettent de corriger certaines failles et d’améliorer la qualité des services.Concernant notre séjour :L’appartement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée. Il n’y avait pas de gaz, preuve que les vérifications de base n’avaient pas été faites. La machine à laver était cassée. Elle a été remplacée.Tout cela nous a obligés à rester plusieurs fois dans l’appartement pour accueillir les techniciens, au lieu de profiter de notre séjour. L agence n a pas tenues compte de ces détails.Enfin, la caution ne nous a été remboursée que six jours après notre départ, alors que ce délai n’est mentionné nulle part dans l’offre. ...
