Fantastic apartment with sea views, located on the third floor in a building with lift. Direct access to the beach, private parking and air conditioning. It has 2 bedrooms, capacity for 1/6 people.
The accommodation is distributed in:
* Dining room, living room with sofa bed (2 people), air conditioning and TV with TNT SAT (national and French channels).
* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave-oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine ...).
* A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), with air conditioning and sea views.
* A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm). Air conditioning.
* Bathroom with shower and a toilet.
* Large equipped terrace a and barbecue area.
Located on the beach of l'Almadraba (natural beach of fine sand and crystal clear waters) we can find 3 restaurants and a supermarket open in season.
The center of Roses is 5 km away, where you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, etc.
