This charming apartment for 4 people is located in the beautiful area between Canyelles and Roses. It has a balcony with wonderful sea views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. In addition, you can take advantage of a fantastic communal swimming pool. It is just a 5-minute walk from Canyelles Petites beach and a 5-minute drive from the centre of Roses, where you will find all kinds of shops and restaurants.
We would like to inform you of some important details to make your stay as comfortable as possible



COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.

Puntos positivos: * La vista es espectacular y el departamento muy limpio *Zona tranquila * Estacionamiento disponible * Camas, almohadas comódos * Ropa de cama y toallas limpias * Cocina equipada * Servicio de check-in/out rápido * Servicio de la agencia profesional pero orientado únicamente a lo comercial. Puntos negativos: * La agencia AGI Management hizo el primer cargo a la tarjeta por un monto mayor al indicado en el anuncio de VRBO sin pedir autorización y sin ningua explicación, preguntamos varias veces y nunca nos dieron una respuesta, indicaron que verian con VRBO, peroel cargo se hizo directamente por parte de la agencia. * Pago de saldo de manera electrónica. Se tuvo problemas con la plataforma para hacer el pago y la agencia no nos dio otras opciones, comentamos que podriamos hacer una transferencia y no acepto. Todos los pagos los requieren de manera inmediata via su plataforma. * Servicio completamente impersonal de la agencia, toda comunicación por Whatsapp, es una lástima que hay CERO contacto humano. * Sofá muy incomódo (bastante usado) * Puf sucio y bastante usado, nos hundiamos al sentarnos * Mobiliario de las recámaras bastante básico. *Lavadora no funciona muy bien, lo reportamos a la agencia mandaron a un técnico pero aún así siguió con problemas después que solucionamos nosotros directamente.
