The apartment " Badia " is on the third floor and consists of a living room with comfortable sofa bed , satellite TV, well equipped kitchen with microwave, gas stove, washing machine and coffee machine “Senseo”, separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a vitrified terrace. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Enjoy a beautiful view at the boats, the port facility and the mountains from the living room, the terrace as well as from the backside of the apartment. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED The building has a communal pool, an elevator and is located in a suburb of Roses – called Santa Margarita. That means no parking problems even in high season. The supermarket “Mercadona” is only 300 meters away. You will find more supermarkets within a radius of one kilometer. In a few minutes by car you can reach the long sandy beaches. At the beach" Platja Rubina " you can park even in midsummer.
