Bonjour, Pas deçu par la vue magnifique mais par l'etat de la maison pas entretenue. Canapé cassé, rallonge de table cassée, lit branlants, on s'attend pas a trouver une maison dans cet etat vu le prix de la location. Concernant la propreté, il y avait meme encore le filtre plein dans la cafetiere quand on est arrivés. Désolé mais ce que l'ensemble du groupe a ressenti. Les photos sont trompeuses aussi, la piscine semble gigantesque tout comme la cuisine ou on a du mal a contenir a 3.

 Manque des plateaux, corbeille Ă  pain. On a Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© d’acheter ce qu’il manquait et on l’a laissĂ© sur place. La chambre du bas n’a pas de climatisation
 8 est le maximum de personnes pour ĂȘtre bien

Tolle Vermietung: freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage mit Blick auf Roses. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

La casa es espectacular, las vistas son inmejorables y la zona es tranquilĂ­sima. Es importante destacar que la cama se alquila sin ropa de cama ni toallas, con lo que tuvimos que alquilarlas tambiĂ©n a Ășltima hora porque nadie nos habĂ­a avisado antes de ello.

Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine avec enfants et petits-enfants dans cette agréable maison avec vue imprenable.. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l' accueil au bureau à la remise des clés par une personne trÚs souriante . Seul manque ,des lampes de chevet dans les chambres et un peu plus de verres !!!!!

Villa propre et moderne Ă  l'intĂ©rieur avec climatisation en trĂšs bon Ă©tat de marche et literie de bonne qualitĂ©. une des chambres avec salle de bain et wc n'est accessible que par l'extĂ©rieur trĂšs belle vue sur Roses avec la piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement, dĂ©conseillĂ© si vous avez des enfants en bas Ăąge. la vaisselle n'Ă©tait pas suffisante pour 11 surtout les petites cuillĂšres et les tasses
. les tables n'Ă©taient pas assez grandes pour accueillir 11 personnes ou alors il faut se serrer. la cour est Ă  priori pour 3 voitures mais l'accĂšs est difficile donc c'est quasiment impossible de rentrer 3 voitures
 les abords de la villa ne sont pas trĂšs bien entretenus,en contre bas de la piscine il y a un escalier qui permet d'accĂ©der Ă  la villa par le bas ce qui est pratique par contre l'escalier est envahi de mauvaises herbes et de dĂ©tritus(cannettes de sodas pistolet Ă  eau cassĂ©, gobelets ,boue gonflable cassĂ©e
),nous ne l'avons donc pas vraiment utilisĂ©! dommage! on accĂšde Ă  la plage et aux commerces en 10/15 min Ă  pied ,il faut un peu plus de temps pour remonter car ça grimpe bien...

Bonjour, TrÚs belle maison sur les hauts de Rosas à 10 min du centre et de la plage. Piscine terrasse, 2 chambres avec salle de bain, les 2 autres chambres partageant une salle de bain. Grande piÚce salon/salle à manger/cheminée avec vue sur la baie. Parking privé 3 places carrer Toreda. Pour tous renseignements, les contacts sur place sont trÚs faciles, disponibles, et à l'écoute.
