Tres bon acceuil, Appartement bien placé à proximité de tout, au calme et bien agencé, et il y a un accès a un local velo.Etant habitué a louer et pour le prix je m'attendais à un petit panier de bienvenue (1 ou 2 dosettes de café et 1 dosette de lessive, un peu de liquide vaisselle...) des petites attentions sont les bienvenus pour debuter les vacances.Pour la piscine les règles sont strictes pas de bouées, pas le droit de plonger pas le droit de boire et de manger et les voisins sont la pour nous le rappeler ! ( pas très adapté aux enfants)

Un très bon séjour avec un bon rapport qualité -prix

Appartement très bien équipé avec climatisation : agréable, fonctionnel et confortable. La résidence avec piscine est proche de la mer, des commerces de proximité (en retrait du front de mer pour plus de calme).La terrasse sans vis à vis sur les côtés est spacieuse et abritée. La gestionnaire de l'appartement, fort sympathique, est à l'écoute et soucieuse du bon fonctionnement du séjour.

La mer en Espagne

Nous avons passé une agreable semaine à Roses.Appartement tres fonctionnel climatisé idéalement placé à 100 m de la plage avec une belle piscine partagée mais rarement plus de 6 personnes.

Appartement parfait

Le logement est quasiment neuf. Très bien équipé et la climatisation est silencieuse. La situation est idéale, résidence calme et sécurisé, proche de la plage et des restaurants de santa margarita. Le centre de Roses est 5 min en voitures. Grand merci a l accueil de Alfred, il est au top. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir
