* One bathroom with shower and washing machine.
* Fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle...)
* Dining room with sofa, TV with French and Spanish channels. Wi-Fi.
* Covered balcony with sea views.
* Private parking space in front of the building
* Access to the community pool (June to October) which is located right above the sea.
Located just a step away from Canyelles beach (natural beach with fine sand with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open according to season).
Located 30-35 minutes walk from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.
Roses is an active city all year round. It offers varied and interesting activities and attractions for all types of travellers.
