Very nice and sunny apartment with full sea views from the terrace. Located at the seafront and the promenade, only 600 m from the center of Roses. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), dining-living room, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower, a very nice terrace with sea views. Facilities: oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, TV and private Fiber. Community pool and concierge all day. Small supermarket 30 m away.
