It also has two bedrooms on this floor. One with two single beds and access to a balcony with sea views. And another bedroom with two single beds. Fully renovated bathroom with shower tray.It is a detached house with parking space and a communal swimming pool.15 minutes walking to the beach and with spectacular views make this house a magical place to spend your holidays.The ideal is to move by car, because being up in the mountain, there are slopes and although the beach is 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes walking.The apartment is registered in the Tourist Apartments Registry of Roses with numberHUTG-074655-36The price does NOT include sheets or towels.
