Access the first floor via an internal staircase, leading to a 25 m² living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and various utensils). Prepare your meals while enjoying stunning views of the Bay of Roses and the surrounding hills.



Next to the kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board is at your disposal.



Share meals and relax in the veranda, featuring a large family table for up to 10 guests and a cozy sitting area. From here, step out onto the panoramic terrace.



On the same level, the master suite offers a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, WC, and a dressing room. The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be joined and large closets—ideal for children or a couple. An adjacent bathroom with WC and shower completes this area.



On the ground floor, the third bedroom features a queen-size bed, a desk area, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC.



Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are available for rent (for an additional fee).
