Remarkably well located in 1st line of sea in the district of the "lighthouse" of Roses halfway of the creeks as "Small canyelles" or "the Almadrava", but also of the bay of Rosas (classified by UNESCO among the one of the ten most beautiful bays in the world).
The Chateau de la Trinitat dominates the places ...
Renovated to new in September 2018, located on the 3rd floor with elevator The apartment with terrace is very bright and a view of the sea and also the pool view!
Truly the feet in the water: a paradisiac place near the beaches!
SWIMMING POOL :
open all year and only for residents DelfinBlaumar and the garden
ladder access, outdoor shower, and paddling pool for the little ones (parental supervision!)

Direct access to the sea, beach "Els Palangres" (500 meters) and close to that of fine sand "Canyelles small" via a pleasant walk by the walkway that runs along the sea.
Opportunity to swim in the sea and sunbathe or fish at the foot of the building via the flat rocks (recommended beach shoes!)
