NO HEAT, NO HOT WATER, NO STAFF: Why on Orbitz?

Not sure where to start...Made reservation late and did arrive after midnight...BUT...There was no one that came to the desk...This is a Hostel...Not a hotel...We had to wake up a guest who called the owner who gave us a key... Got in the room and had to sleep in coats based on room temperature as the heater did not work. wanted to take a shower but no hot water... Recognize this is not a 4 star hotel and the rate was reflective of that...but I have been traveling of 35 years and nothing compared to this

Ce n’est pas un hĂŽtel, c’est un bouge immonde: sale qui pue la cigarette, le moisi et l’urine de chat. Pas d’eau chaude, Ă©lectricitĂ© dangereuse, prĂ©sence de poils et de taches. Beaucoup de faux avis Ă©logieux sur les rĂ©seaux. Cerise sur le gĂąteau, ils n’acceptent que les espĂšces et ne l’indiquent pas Ă  la confirmation de la rĂ©servation. FUYEZ ! Un endroit comme cela ne devrait plus exister en 2025! (Je prĂ©cise que l’hĂŽtel nous a proposĂ© un dĂ©dommagement avant de changer d’avis alors que le problĂšme n’était pas rĂ©solu et a appelĂ© la police en nous menaçant de nous mettre dehors avec deux enfants Ă  minuit. On n’a donc Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de payer le prix nĂ©gociĂ© avec la police qui a confirmĂ© que c’était un taudis)!!! Dommage que les photos ne reflĂštent pas l’odeur.
