Newly built apartment located 100 mtrs from the beach with two bedrooms is suitable for 6 people. It has an area of ​​70 m² + 24 m2 terrace, overlooking the beach. The rooms are nice and comfortable. One is equipped with a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds. The cozy and modern living-dining room has a sofa-bed (for two people), lounge furniture, satellite TV and dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker. There is a bathroom with Italian shower. In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, terrace furniture, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private covered parking in the same building.
