.The Mileni Residence is a recently built complex with a garden area and swimming pool in Roses, very well located near the beach and shops.

Capacity: Suitable for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor.

Location: Just 100 meters from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Surface: 65 m² of interior space plus a 12 m² terrace overlooking the pool.

Distribution: Two bedrooms, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with two 0.90m beds

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Schöne Wohnung tolle Lage

Der Aufenthalt war rundum zu empfehlen. Schöne Wohnung. Der Pool der Anlage wird rege genutzt und die Wohnung liegt nur 100 Meter vom tollen Strand und der schönen Promenade entfernt. An der Promenade ist die Gastronomie sehr zu empfehlen und der Ortskern von Roses ist nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Alles in allem toller Urlaub.

Très bel appartement, situé très proche de la plage, à 1km environ du centre ville. Appartement très propre et agréable avec une belle terrasse donnant sur la piscine qui est un peu bruyante.

Tolle Agentur, sehr hilfsbereit, hatten Probleme mit dem Internet, das in Roses grundsätzlich während der Sommermonate sehr schlecht ist und man hat sich super für uns eingesetzt. Wohnung war gut, wir kannten die Häuser schon und wurden nicht enttäuscht.

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant

Appartement situé à moins de 100m de la plage, bien équipé. La terrasse est très exposée au vent car elle est à l'angle du bâtiment et très bruyante car elle donne sur la piscine remplie d'enfants. Chambre calme avec une bonne literie.

très bon avis. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances. appartement à recommander !

L'appartement climatisé est conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé, confortable et lumineux. On se sent tout de suite chez soi! La place de parking situé au sous-sol est spacieuse et permet de stocker vélos et autres gadgets de plage derrière la voiture même de bonne taille (scenic pour notre part) La rue est assez tranquille. Petite vue mer par la balcon et vue montagne par la grande chambre dont le lit est très confortable. L'appartement est situé à quelques m de la plage, sans route à traverser ce qui est idéal pour les enfants. De plus le poste de secours de la plage est situé face à la résidence (sécurisant). La piscine commune à la résidence est située dans un grand jardin clos. Elle est parfaitement entretenue. Elle est même ouverte une partie de la nuit,(pratique quand les nuits sont chaudes). La résidence est proche de nombreux restaurants, épiceries, ..., boulangeries et autre boucheries, mourrir de faim est totalement impossible dans le secteur! Je remercie l'agence ainsi que la propriètaire et son fils qui nous ont aidé et soutenu dans d'importantes démarches de santé qui ont failli compromettre notre séjour. Grâce à leurs conseils, leur aide et leur gentillesse nous avons pu poursuivre nos vacances normalement après quelques jours pour le moins tumultueux; Encore merci
