.The Mileni Residence is a recently built complex with a garden area and swimming pool in Roses, very well located near the beach and shops.

Features and amenities of this accommodation:



Capacity: Suitable for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor.

Location: Just 100 meters from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops.

Surface: 65 m² of interior space plus a 12 m² terrace overlooking the pool.

Distribution: Two bedrooms, one with a 1.50m bed and the other with two 0.90m beds

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub.

Kitchen: Modern and fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

Amenities: Satellite television, Wi-Fi connection, elevator, terrace furniture, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning, underground garage with direct access to the elevator and your apartment.

Common area: Gardens and community pool.

Quiet area: Ideal for a relaxing vacation.
