Detached house fully renovated, with private swimming pool.

It has two bedrooms inside the house and a third bedroom is accessible from the outside with walk-in wardrobe and shower toilet, it has a fan, but it does not have air conditioning.

Very nice private garden, garden furniture, barbecue, air conditioning in the main room, parking space on the same enclosed ground, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: French).

The independent kitchen is completely new, equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood (mas busca) and very close to the beach (1500 metres) and all amenities.

It is an ideal setting to enjoy family holidays.

Villa magnifique

Points positifs: Magnifique villa, disposant d'une très belle terrasse et piscine, propreté irréprochable. Points négatifs: chambre extérieur sans climatisation invivable, chaleur insupportable. Oublier l'utilisation d'une place de parking intérieur si vous ne disposez pas au minimum d'un SUV. Chemin pour se rendre à la plage le plus proche, très dangereux vous devez longer la route sans protection et pour finir la villa n'est pas si tranquille que ça, route devant très passagère, nous passerons aussi en détail le bruit incessant généré par les travaux de la maison d'en face mais à la décharge du propriétaire qui n'y est pour rien. sintérieur si vous disp
